CANCER AND IMMUNOPHENOTING UNIT
All cells isolated from various human or animal tissues and organs for all basic and pre-clinical AR-GE studies; Immunophenotypic characterization analyzes of mesenchymal stem cells, neural stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, cancer stem cells, various cancer cell lines, healthy tissue cell lines and immune system cells are performed. Flow cytometry and ELISA (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay) are used for immunophenotypic studies. Markers in suspended cells, intracellular or cell surface markers, or in various human / animal bodily fluids or cell culture media; The fluorochrome marking is preferably labeled with monoclonal antibodies and biophysically and biochemically evaluated by flow cytometry or ELISA. In addition, immunophenotypic separation of cells by flow cytometry methods and multiparameters (Apoptosis, DNA Cycle Test, Mitochondrial membrane depolarization, etc.) are also performed in this unit.

Immunophenotypic analyzes of cancer cells isolated from the patient's tumor tissue in the cell culture laboratories of the patient, tumor tissue itself, commercial cancer cell lines and cancer stem cells derived from these cells are performed in this unit.

Various anti-cancer drug trials with cancer cells; All the cellular assays that are necessary for cytotoxicity, viability and proliferation, apototic cell research and all basic and pre-clinical research, development and project studies for the development of anti-cancer vaccine and antigen-specific autoimmune disease vaccines are performed in this unit.
